Abstract

The tourism industry affects not only the economic state of the country, but also improves and develops the urban infrastructure. Latvia is a land rich in tourism development. A service arises and there is a demand for it. The more actively the Treasure House of the Free State is involved in events, the more visitors choose to visit the house. A questionnaire was conducted using two types of questionnaires to find out the opinion of the respondents, where they get information about visiting cultural objects, to find out the problems, what are the reasons why they do not go to visit the Treasure House of the Free State, to analyze the opinion of visitors to the house about what they saw and to evaluate proposals for future development, and based on this basis for making proposals for the future development of the house.
