A competitive national economy requires a competitive, knowledgeable, educated population. Both state budget study places and paid study places have existed in higher education institutions for several years. Not all residents who want to obtain higher education are able to apply for state budget places or tuition fees are covered from personal funds. "Study loan trends in the Baltic states" has been developed with the aim of analyzing the popularity of study credits in the Baltic States based on theoretical information and the population of the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Estonia. Proposals have been developed for the Baltic public administrations and for improving the quality of study credit services and offers.Downloads
