MOTIVATION TECHNIQUES FOR GAINING AND MAINTAINING THE LOYALTY OF NOWADAY’S WORKFORCE

The problem to be studied: Employee education is not the only criterion. Preparation for a specific job is also important. A lot of resources are spent on training new employees, so it is important to keep existing ones. There is a relatively high unemployment rate in Latvia. At the same time, many employers are looking for employees. The aim of the research: to mark the main causes of staff turnover and to develop proposals for their reduction. To achieve the aim, the following tasks were performed: there were studied the structure and dynamics of salary; job advertisement research; reasons for leaving the job. The authors drew conclusions and made some supplements to employers to attract new employees and retain existing ones.Downloads
