EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF LOW-QUALIFIED STAFF IN BABITE SECONDARY SCHOOL

The demand for low-qualified labour has been declining in recent years, however, there are still institutions where a large number of employees are low-qualified workers. In the field of personnel management, effective personnel management is important, however, it is the management of a low-qualified workforce that can be a challenge. Unlike a highly skilled workforce, there may be problems with perception, performance, accountability, execution of orders and even interactions with each other. Novelty is based on the concept of efficiency and measuring efficiency in low-qualified workforce management, summarizing and analysing the factors influencing job performance and the skills and competencies existing and necessary for management to assess personnel management as effective. By analysing the current situation in Babīte Secondary School, it is possible to obtain specific facts about the existing shortcomings in order to model the effective management process in the school.Downloads
