THE CONCEPT OF A MEDICAL TREATMENT CONTRACT AND ITS HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT

Treatment contract is one of contract types. The contract can be written, verbal or signed through implicit means. Medicine has been part of human life for a long time. Medicine is advancing rather quickly and it has become one of the most important fields in the world. Human life is unimaginable without access to medicine. Treatment contract in Latvia isn't regulated by any laws. Medical services are either paid by government or by yourself. Medicine in the future is going to be a lot more advanced because it is dependent on our technology which is constantly advancing further. It is possible that in the near future both contract signing and provision of services is going to happen electronically because we are moving closer to technological globalizationDownloads
