The publication is intended to reflect the problems of use of intellectual work without author’s consent and remuneration. The author analyzes the definition of copyrights, the history of copyrights, which results in a problem in defining the concept of use of copyrights without author's consent and remuneration. The thesis is that the Copyright Law needs to innovate in relation to the concept of copyrights and other aspects. Finally, the conclusions are presented.Downloads
