Medical risk fund is created to compensate patients for received injuries during their treatment. However, compensation system is not without flaws. Criteria to determine damages done to patient are not fully suitable to ensure their right to compensation for damages done during the treatment process. The article discusses the application of damage criteria to determine the fair amount of damage caused to patient during the treatment and a system on how to properly evaluate the total damages.Downloads
