The management of National Guard of 3rd Latgalian Brigade’s documents and archives has been operational since 1992 in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations governing the organization’s work on documents. The clerk is responsible for document circulation, but the manager is responsible for securing document management processes. Documents are being prepared in accordance with certain requirements that have been set and approved by the organization's internal regulations. The work on the document must observe the specific requirements of the military organization (both the drafting of documents and the use of terminology). The circulation of documents takes place in order to fulfil the objectives pursued.Downloads
