The aim of this article is to study the budget structure of the Karsava municipality and to analyse the results. Taking into account the importance of using different types of methods and approaches to assess the efficiency of public finance management, the SWOT analysis method can be successfully applied to the analysis of the budget of Karsava district municipality. The SWOT analysis method is traditionally used in strategic planning.Downloads
