TATYANA KLETS was born in the Leningrad Region, Russia and went to Pskov state pedagogical institute, where she studied pedagogy and foreign languages (English, German) and obtained her degree in 1985. She worked for 6 years in the sphere of secondary education before moving in 1991 to Pskov State University where she is now working as a senior lecturer of Foreign Languages Department and obtains the position of Deputy Dean of Engineering and Construction Technologies Faculty.
