LAIMUTE KARDELIENE was born in Siauliai, Lithuania and went to the Pedagogical University of Siauliai, where she studied primary education and obtained her degree in 1983. She wrote the dissertation Etiquette‘s education in the primary school (1998). Habilitation procedure about professional communication in physical education activities is performed in 2007. She worked for a twenty years for the Lithuanian Sports University before moving in 2016 to the University of Klaipeda, where she is a professor of the Department of Holistic Medicine at the Faculty of Health Sciences. Arturas Razbadauskas

Artūras Razbadauskas (born 18 May 1964, Melnrage, Klaipeda, Lithuania) - Lithuanian surgeon, scientist and public figure, PhD of biomedical sciences. In 1982 he finished K. Donelaičio high school. In 1988 graduated from Vilnius University, Faculty of Medicine, gained a medical doctor professional qualification. In 1989 finished his internship in general surgery.  In 2001 externally completed PhD studies (Vilnius University) and successfully defended a biomedical PhD thesis "Fitz - Hugh and Curtis syndrome. Diagnosis and laparoscopic treatment“. Completed internships at United States, Germany, Norway and Russia. In 2010 graduated from the MRU Strategic Management and Policy Faculty, Law and Management Master. Master's thesis on "Informed consent in transformational medical procedures “. Also Artūras Razbadauskas holds a Dean’s position in the Health Sciences Faculty (Klaipeda University) from 2009. In 2016 elected as President of Lithuanian surgeon organization.
