Prof. dr. Diana Straksiene is a Dean of faculty of Education Science and Social Welfare of Siauliai University. She was born in Siauliai, Lithuania. In the Academy of Theater and Music of Lithuania she got qualification of professional musician. In 2002 she obtained degree in social science (education). During 10 year she was a Head of the Department of Music Education in Siauliai University. She leads doctoral studies, participates in the forming of policy of higher education. Prof. dr. Liuda Radzeviciene is a Head of Health Studies Department in faculty of Education Science and Social Welfare of Siauliai University was born in Siauliai. In 1983 she got qualification of special educator in Siauliai University and for a 14 yeas works in Siauliai Infant Home. In 2002 she obtained degree in social science (education). Actively participate in project activities, international expert programs.
