Abstract

In recent decades, several new diseases have emerged in different geographical areas, with pathogens including Ebola virus, Zika virus, Nipah virus, and last year it was Covid-19. Covid-10 has not only lowered demographic figures but also created economic problems. The rapid spread of infection made it necessary to limit the rights of individuals in order to protect the public from infections with Covid-19. One of the duties imposed on the public is the performance of a Covid-19test where the person is suspected to be infected by Covid-19.
