Abstract

Surveys were made after the request of a SIA “Biofarma” leader to find out the opinion about the company from current clients. Surveys were handed out in all four companies subsidiaries and totally there were received 85 completed surveys. The survey provides information on the following groups of questions – product, seller job and delivery process. By getting answers to the first question group information was gained about how qualitative, according to customers, are products, is it possible to get enough information about products, is offered assortment wide enough and why do clients choose SIA “Biofarma”. The second question group gave answers to questions about whether the sellers do their job well enough and are they knowledgeable enough. Final questions let us find out whether the delivery process is organized well enough and if it creates unnecessary expenses, and if clients see the opportunity of loading/unloading needed.
