TYPES OF COMMUNICATION AND THEIR ROLE IN THE COMPANY

Abstract


The author reviewed information in EBSCO databases on communication between managment and employee in commercial enterprises, hospitals, educational institutions, in crisis situations and everyday life. The problem identified iclude a weak communications structure and poor managment skills deteriorating quality of work in nowadays. The article dealt with Brian Weberg comunication structure, which is divided into two types. To learn how to improve communication in the organization, it was investigated Fionn Timm methods which are recognized as effective.
