Scientific area of research is related to the development of territories, Regional and Development economics, people's objective and subjective well-being and its assessment. Scientific activity can be confirmed by participating in more than 14 international scientific conferences in Latvia and abroad, as well as more than 20 published scientific articles in internationally cited databases. She has also been a participant in Latvian and EU research projects.
