Mg.art., Aleksandrs Caks Museum, a director In 1990 she acquired Bachelor’s degree in culture – educational work at Latvia State Conservatoire, in 1997 she acquired Master’s degree in arts at Latvia Academy of Culture, the speciality of culture theory. She is the author of more than 40 popular-science publications in the newspapers in Latvia and the USA. Since 2003 she has participated at international conferences in Europe as the member of ICOM (the board of international museums). She has been awarded the following prizes: the Award of acknowledgement of Latvia Ministry of Culture in 2009, an award of Aleksandrs Caks in 2011. She is a compilator and an author of the books “Caks in the Kitchen” (2012), “The poet of the Present. The readings of A. Caks conference” (2012).
