Mg. art, Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music, Associated Professor. From 1999-2008 he was a dean and a pro-rector of academic work at Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music, since 1997 he has been a member of academic staff of Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music. He reads academic and popular – science lectures also at the institutions of culture. He works as an expert and advisor at the institutions of Latvia Ministry of Education and Science and Ministry of Culture. He has worked on working out and management of the concepts of children and youths’ concerts with Latvia National Symphony Orchestra (for example, Latvia Radio 3 Classics, he is a member of jury board of competitions, a jury member of LMB, an expert of the State Culture Capital Fund MDP. He has participated at international conferences and has publications.
